Shashwat Phumbhra

Founder

The firm was founded by prominent investor and former investment banker Shashwat Phumbhra. An investment banker with a decade of experience, he’s led transactions in sectors ranging from infrastructure and manufacturing to health and ecommerce.

Shashwat is a third generation entrepreneur in finance and capital markets, and has been investing in the global markets since 2011. Some of his early successful picks include Tesla, Nvidia, JBM Auto, and Google.

Shashwat has completed 2 Levels of the CFA Charter, and graduated with BCom Honours from Calcutta University. An avid racer in his free time, Shashwat enjoys playing other sports such as Table Tennis and Cricket.

Vedant Jain

Vedant has worked closely with Shashwat since his investment banking years wherein he’s led transactions and advisory engagements in sectors ranging from infrastructure and defence to healthtech. He’s also been active in the global capital markets since 2016.

Vedant has completed his CFA Charter, and graduated with BSc (with honours) in Economics from Warwick University, UK. An active volunteer for Rotary, Vedant has led various social initiatives, including vaccination drives and disaster relief.

Selhan brings a decade's worth of knowledge and experience in client relations. A former business developer dealing with high net worth individuals in commercial real estate he has a great understanding of clients objectives.

A graduate with LL.B (with honours) In Law from Staffordshire University, Selhan has experience in startups to a decade in high-end real estate. In his free time, he's an active fitness enthusiast and movie lover. In his downtime enjoys playing Chess

Sophie Barbier works in impact measurement for Global Citizen, a global advocacy platform that has mobilised over US$48 billion towards the UN Sustainable Development Goals in the past ten years.

She has worked across several areas within the organisation and has also been part of building a range of non-profits in New Delhi and London, particularly focused on designing theories of change and business plans, setting up policies and processes, and implementing systems for internal efficiency in impact monitoring and evaluation.
